At first, download the latest solution from or website. Extract the folder, and find Managed Solution file. Thereafter, import the Maplytics Managed solution over the existing Maplytics solution into the CRM.
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Settings > Solution > Import > Click on Import. Then browse the latest Maplytics solution file from the extracted folder and click on Next:
Choose ‘Maintain Customizations (recommended)’ option as shown below and click on Import:
Once solution is successfully imported, the below screen will appear on screen:
Click on Close and Refresh the CRM instance. Then again go to Maplytics App > Settings > License Registration > Configure. Click on Configure to re-configure the Maplytics settings with updated solution as shown below:
On clicking configure, Maplytics configuration window will appear. Click on proceed and then a dialog box will come-up for configuring as shown in the screenshot. Click OK.
