# Redirect with Apple Maps

User can view the turn-by-turn navigations on Apple Maps on desktop and Apple Maps on iPhones and iPads. This will show the navigation links from the current location to the waypoints.

Redirection on mobiles: User can click on the route navigation buttons to redirect to Google maps/Waze/ Apple Maps.

The user can also use the ‘Copy Links’ button to copy the links to send them as an email or save it into a note.

{% hint style="info" %}
· ***By default, the links will be redirected in Google Maps.***

***· The links redirect on the Dynamics 365 App for Phones and Tablet works with Dynamics 365 v9.x***

***· For other devices and Dynamics 365 v8.2, users can use the ‘Copy Links’ button.***
{% endhint %}

If a user is in a jiffy and wants to quickly check out the navigation on the map without following the above steps, he can do so by opening the route stored in the CRM and clicking the navigation arrow against it. The user can follow the following steps.

**Maplytics Settings >> Routes >> Select a Route of Choice >> Route Activity Waypoints >> Navigate to Map Arrow**

If the default map is set to ‘Google Maps’ in the configuration settings, clicking on this arrow will open the complete navigation route. In case the map is set to ‘Waze’ or ‘Apple Maps’ the navigation arrow will be unavailable for use.

Similarly, if a route has more than 10 waypoints, the Navigate to Map option will be unavailable for use.
