For Dataverse

Go to Maplytics or Inogic website and enter the required details, then choose the Dataverse version and click 'Download'.

Extract the folder to find the Managed Solution file as shown below:

Go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com > log in using PowerApps credentials.

Click on the check-box of the environment where the solution is to be upgraded. Then click on ‘open environment’ option.

Select the “Advanced Setting” option after clicking on the “Settings” icon.

Thereafter, navigate to Settings > Solution > Import > Click on Import. Then browse the latest Maplytics solution and click on Next.

Choose ‘Maintain Customizations (recommended)’ option as shown below and click on Import:

When solution is successfully imported, click on the close button.

Thereafter, the user needs to refresh the CRM instance and go to Maplytics App > Settings > License Registration > Configure. Click on Configure to re-configure the Maplytics settings with updated solution as shown below:

On clicking configure you will see Maplytics configuration window, Click on proceed and you will get a dialog box for configuring as shown in the screenshot.

After performing the upgrade, please re-login into Dynamics CRM instance or clear browser cache memory to avoid script loading error.
