# Uninstallation

To remove the Maplytics solution from your Dynamics CRM, please follow the steps mentioned below. Also, please let us know at <crm@inogic.com> if there is any specific reason to remove Maplytics. We would be glad to help you if you are facing any issues or need any specific feature in Maplytics.

**Go to Settings > Advanced Settings -> Settings > Solutions -> Select Maplytics Solution -> Delete the solution**.

***To delete the solution you must have the delete privilege of solution. Also, you need to remove the dependencies of Maplytics solution before deleting the same.***
