# Multi-Address Plotting

If the entities in CRM contain more than one address, users can plot the records with multiple addresses at once. This feature will enhance the visualization experience of those records that have presence in multiple cities or states, etc. Admins can configure required addresses within the Entity map of the entity so as to view the option of selecting the addresses to plot the same on the map. Please refer to the Entity map section of the Installation manual to know how to configure multiple addresses in Maplytics to plot records based on multiple addresses.

While selecting the Datasource and View within the Plot records card, the user can click on the ‘Select address’ option to select the addresses based on which they would like to plot the records. This will open the window that lists out all the addresses saved within the ‘Address Attribute’ Section of the Entity map. The user can select the required addresses and click on Search.

The Layer menu will list both of the addresses for the Accounts.

While working with any enclosed shape, like a proximity, drawn shape, or a territory, the user can click on the enclosed shape to view the Data Grid. The screenshot below shows a Proximity search performed on the above Accounts that were plotted based on two addresses.
